Vincent Smith: Consultant

With over 20 years of expertise in project management, supervision, and extensive knowledge in the non-profit arena. Mr. Smith possess in depth experience in program development and implementation. Roles have included the managing of quality assurance and performance improvement of programs to assure cost effectiveness, planning and future growth. Vincent provides consulting in employment, orientation, training, supervision and program staff development. He managed a $1.4 million dollar state contract for 7 years and secured $1 million dollar federal grant for runaway and homeless youth. To his credit he has also developed and maintained performance based contracts through evaluation and logic model strategies with over 15 years of positive partnerships with state and local governmental agencies in Georgia. Graduate of Morehouse College, with a degree in Sociology, his work in community building partnerships and services for families is quite extensive.
